Gal Meets Glam was one of the first fashion blogs I started reading (back in college!) and one of the few blogs I still read to this day. Julia Engel is the epitome of feminine style, and her blog posts just take you somewhere (can we talk about her amazing travels?!). So when Julia announced that she was launching a dress line earlier this year, I was giddy to see her designs. I love so many of her dresses but the Darla dress was love at first sight. I love that it's a shirtdress silhouette but elevated with the bow detail at the collar and the meticulous mix of prints along the edges. It's a dress that's appropriate for work or the weekend (I sometimes tie the bow behind my neck and unbutton the top few buttons) - I've already worn it multiple times for both.
