We were in Michigan this past weekend for our friends wedding (one more wedding to go this year!), and I was so excited to be back in the state where I went to college to see fall in full bloom. What is it about Michigan - it seems like fall happens 10x bigger there?! The drive was beautiful; the trees lining the highway were turning the most vibrant shades of red, orange and yellow. I told all of our friends we must go to a cider mill on Sunday before heading back to Chicago, and that we did! We went to Yates Cider Mill and were able to indulge in cinnamon sugar donuts and delicious cider while perusing pumpkins. I was in heaven! This short sleeved sweater was perfect for the day since it warmed up to the mid 70's.
