One of the things we always look forward to on the East Coast trip is shopping! Atlantic City has a fantastic outlet mall where we like to do some end of summer and pre-fall wardrobe updates. Better yet, New Jersey charges little to no sales tax on clothing, which beats the heck out of the 10.25% sales tax in Chicago!
We hit up J.Crew Factory first and as soon as I saw this dress, I knew I had to have it. I'm a sucker for any dress, but shirtdresses, as you know, are my kryptonite. They're perfect from spring all the way through to fall, and they're the easiest thing to throw on in the morning before work or errands. I also can't resist a fun colorful pattern - I see it as an opportunity to style the same thing many different ways :)
