This outfit has a very vacation-esque vibe to it.  It reminds me of something I would wear while wandering the streets in the south of France (which I think we will actually be doing next April - we're invited to a wedding there!!).  Instead this is what I wore for a trip to the Printers Row area to try out a new ice cream spot this weekend.  We rode Divvy bikes down there to check out Gordo's, which is a brand new paleta and ice cream bar shop that I saw on Chicago Bucket List.  We each chose one of their homemade ice cream bars (coffee for me, strawberry for Patrick), then had it dipped in chocolate, and then rolled around in Cinnamon Toast Crunch (they have other great dipping options but we're both obsessed with CTC).  It was SO delicious!  Perfect on a hot summer day.

As always, when we're anywhere near the South Loop, it's a must for me to check out the Wabash Arts Corridor.  This mural pictured here has always been one of my favorites and it was so amazing to see it up close and in person!
