I am so excited to share my wedding shoes in this outfit post!! I'm not exaggerating when I say I looked at about 100 websites and 25 stores before I found THE pair. I wanted a shoe that was unexpected - that didn't scream bridal - something that was fun, I could wear again and I would covet for years to come. I found a bunch that I liked but nothing that I loved. I swear - it was harder to find the shoes than the dress. But when this pair came along (thanks to my co-worker who saw them on Morgan Stewart's instagram), I knew my search was over. They are quintessentially me and the most unique shoes I've ever seen. I must note though that they're not the most comfortable shoes. But then again what cute shoes are also comfortable?! I wore them for the church ceremony and pictures, but I changed into more practical (read comfortable and ugly) wedges for the reception.
So anyways...I wore this outfit for a fancy dinner on our honeymoon. I wanted the shoes to be the focus, so I kept the rest of the ensemble simple. This outfit is actually a repeat from my bachelorette party, but no photos were taken then! Also, this SheIn dress is great - I wish I could still find it online. It's simple but elegant and was only like $15! It was my first purchase from their site and I was not disappointed.
