If I had to pick my signature fashion move, I'd have to say it's my layering of tops. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I hate buying things that are only useful in one season. While it's inevitable, I try my best to make items in my wardrobe work year round, and this is easiest to do with summery tops. To do so, start with a long-sleeved base, like an oxford or a turtleneck, and then add a patterned short-sleeved or sleeveless article over the top. Here are 5 examples of how I've done this before:
