This was my uniform for our weekend spent in Union Pier, MI. Layers were important since it was warm in the sun and cool in the shade. I know these J.Crew quilted vests have been around for a while, but I finally caved and got one, and I'm so glad I did! I've been wearing it on my walks to work in the morning when the weather is crisp and I've realized if your core is toasty, the rest stays warm too!
